In a confidential conversation, we find new perspectives together that help to better cope with crisis situations. Despite the physical distance, we can use video telephony (Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom, etc.). If desired, it is also possible to hold the talk in German.

Hardly any problem that burdens a life is limited to a single area of life. In a holistic analysis we perceive not only the psychological but also the physical dimension.

Christian life counseling & pastoral care also takes the spiritual questions of life into the counseling conversation if necessary.

About Me

Trained and certified as Christian life coach and accompanying pastor by the Bildungsinitiative e.V. .   

During the training, in addition to pastoral skills, in-depth knowledge of psychological and psychotherapeutic as well as theological and pedagogical approaches was imparted.

I take part in supervision with the aim of ensuring a balance between intensive counseling and my own mental health.
